DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located east side of Lake Marion Creek Drive, south side of Pine Street, west of Hemlock Avenue, north of Marigold Avenue, east of Haines City, Section 03, Township 28, Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held November 5, 2025, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing for December 16, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
