DESCRIPTION
Approve a Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-012 in the amount of $177,700.00 for a home replacement and a SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $10,006.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $187,706.00.
The 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $146.64 per square foot.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-012.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
