DESCRIPTION
Approve SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #DR24-S-IAN-011 in the amount of $179,050.00 for home replacement and Hurricane Recovery Program Grant Agreement in the amount of $7,696.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $186,746.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Hurricane Housing Recovery Program Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
