This request is to accept Performance Surety Bond No. 024271742 in the amount of $1,999,648.70 for outstanding construction items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On November 22, 2022, the Board approved Hancock Crossing plat for conditional approval. The Land Development Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept Performance Bond No. 024271742 in the amount of $1,999,648.70 for Hancock Crossing.
