DESCRIPTION
This is a request for Assignment of the Wynnstone, Cascades, & Brentwood Infrastructure Agreement to the Westside Haines City Community Development District (CDD). The infrastructure agreement was approved by the Board on November 21st, 2023 and involves a number of infrastructure improvements associated with Wynnstone, Cascades, & Brentwood developments. Specifically, improvements to FDC Grove Road, Park Place Boulevard, Massee Road, and Holly Hill Grove Roads 2 and 3, etc...
The Developer (GLK Real Estate, LLC) has completed the design of the required infrastructure improvements and is seeking “Assignment” of the agreement to the Westside Haines City Community Development District (CDD) to complete the construction and remaining requirements of said infrastructure improvements. The CDD’s Board of Supervisors has agreed to accept assignment of the Infrastructure Agreement and to comply with the terms and conditions thereof. Pursuant to Sections 4.3 of the Infrastructure Agreement, the Developer is required to provide notice to the County of “Successors and Assignment.” County staff has reviewed the proposed request and has no objections to the proposed assignment.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve assignment of the Wynnstone, Cascades, & Brentwood Infrastructure Agreement to the Westside Haines City CDD.
