DESCRIPTION
RALP POLK SC, LLC has been approved to construct a 56,909 square foot retail development comprising one (1) multi-tenant building and two (2) outparcels with associated subdivision improvements. To provide potable water, the project requires a 12-inch potable water line. Development requires relocation of an existing 20-inch potable water line. Developer has agreed to fund, design, permit, and construct the 20−inch potable water line relocation beneath the sidewalk corridor near ChampionsGate Boulevard. The County will reimburse RALP POLK SC, LLC the cost difference between its Project required 12-inch potable water line and the cost actually incurred for designing, permitting, and installing the 20-inch potable water line.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Infrastructure Agreement for Utility Infrastructure Improvements in ChampionsGate Crossing with RALP POLK SC, LLC to relocate an existing 20-inch potable water line.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding in the amount of $107,991.00 is available in the Utilities Connection Fee Fund (Water).
