DESCRIPTION

John McVay, representing the owner, GGAJAM Investments LLC, have appealed the Planning Commission’s 5:2 decision on June 5, 2024, to deny.  This case is a request for a Planned Development to construct 200 multi-family units in the Residential High (RH) land use district and in the Urban Growth Area (UGA) on 14.58 +/- acres of the 16.58 +/- acres of the project area. The subject property is located south of Shepherd Road, north of Imperial Lakes Boulevard, north of Village Court, west of Imperial Parkway, east Sundance Boulevard, west of State Road 37, north of the city of Mulberry and south of the city of Lakeland, in Section 27, Township 29, Range 23.

 

The original hearing date was August 6, 2024, which was continued to November 19, 2024.
