DESCRIPTION
As a result of proposed development adjacent to County roadways, the County, through its Development Review Process has requested additional right-of-way in order to bring the rights-of-way adjacent to the subject site up to current road classification standards. The owner has executed and delivered an instrument to Polk County for the additional rights-of-way.
Accepting the following instrument will give the County the right-of-way needed to upgrade the existing rights-of-way to meet current road classification standards.
1. Quit Claim Deed from Grove Haines City, LLC, for additional right-of-way along Powerline Road and East Johnson Avenue Road (CR 580) in conjunction with proposed commercial development. The subject right-of-way lies in Section 23, Township 27 South, Range 27 East.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the afore-mentioned Quit Claim Deed.

No fiscal impact.
