DESCRIPTION
Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-SHIP-011 in the amount of $176,900.00 for home replacement and a SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $9,982.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $186,882.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case#RC24-SHIP-011.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
