Accept Warranty Deed from JMBI Real Estate, LLC in conjunction with the Powerline Road Phase 1 improvements. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
In March 2023 JMBI Real Estate LLC, along with others, entered into an Infrastructure and Impact Fee Credit Agreement with Polk County regarding an extension of Power Line Road from US Highway 17/92 to South Boulevard which included a requirement to convey the associated right-of-way to the County. The majority of the right-of-way needed for the corridor was previously conveyed to the County with the exception of a small segment located at the connection of Power Line Road and US Highway 17/92 which was pending a permit from FDOT. The permit has now been issued and JMBI Real Estate, LLC, has executed and delivered a Warranty Deed to convey the right-of-way to the County. Accepting the aforementioned Warranty Deed will give the county the final right-of-way parcel needed for the Power Line Road Phase 1 corridor.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the above-mentioned Warranty Deed.
