Approve the CIP Amendment and budget transfer of $558 of American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds from Palmer Road Drainage Project to the Northwest Wahneta Drainage Project. DESCRIPTION
The Palmer Road Drainage Project is complete, and total expenditures during FY 25/26 came in under the FY 25/26 project budget. The Northwest Wahneta Drainage Project was finalized on September 30, 2025, and no budget was carried forward to FY25/26. The final invoice totaling $557.5 was paid on October 23, 2025; however, the expenditure relates to FY 24/25 and should have been accrued in that fiscal year.
This CIP Amendment does not increase the overall approved CIP total project budget for the Northwest Wahneta Drainage Project. It transfers unexpended ARP project budget from the Palmer Road Drainage Project to provide necessary funding for project close-out.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CIP amendment and budget transfer of $558 of American Rescue Plan funds from Palmer Road Drainage Project to Northwest Wahneta Drainage Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Upon approval of this CIP Amendment and budget funding transfer of American Rescue Plan Funds, funds will be available in the Northwest Wahneta Drainage Project.
