On November 5th, 2024, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $164,135 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on February 23, 2026, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 41K237329 in the amount of $164,135.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approves the release of Performance Bond No. 41K237329 in the amount of $164,135.00 for Sand Lake Groves West.
