DESCRIPTION
The Chestnut Road Sidewalk Phase 2 and 3 Project is included in the current year CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division. The design, utility coordination and permitting for the project are completed. The bids for construction were received on September 12, 2025.
This CSA is needed to allow for the Consultant to provide Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services on the project. The construction duration is anticipated to be 7 months. This CSA is for 11 months of CEI services. The Consultant will be providing a part-time Senior Project Engineer, Project Administrator, and field inspector, and full-time Senior field inspection staff at appropriate levels to cover the contractor’s work effort, and a testing laboratory to be able to verify that the construction materials being used on the project meet the contract specifications.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 2025-053-01 with Eisman & Russo, Inc. for the Chestnut Road Sidewalk Phase 2 and 3 Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted in the General Capital Fund (30801).
