Aloha Medical Services, Inc. is applying for a Certification of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) pursuant to Polk County Ordinance 12-029 to operate a Type G, ALS Interfacility Transport Service and a Type H, Basic Life Support (BLS) Transport Service within Polk County. Aloha Medical Services, Inc. requesting the approval of their COPCN.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the initial application of the COPCN.
