DESCRIPTION
This is an Applicant-Initiated request related to the Grenelefe UEA that is located south of HWY 544, west of Lake Marion Road, on both sides of Kokomo Road, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, southeast of and abutting the City of Haines City, in Sections 05, 06, 07, and 08, Township 28, Range 28
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 2, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 5:0). In addition to this transmittal hearing, the adoption hearing will be held on January 7, 2025.
