DESCRIPTION
The Polk County Land Development Division and the City of Fort Meade (City) request approval of an Interlocal Agreement so the County can provide Floodplain Management Services on behalf of the City.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests the BOCC Approve the Interlocal Agreement between the County and the City of Fort Meade (City), so the County can provide Floodplain Management Services on behalf of the City.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no negative fiscal impact to the County. The County shall be reimbursed for providing Floodplain Management Services per the Cost of Services Rate Schedule included in Section 5 of the Interlocal Agreement.
