DESCRIPTION

This is a County initiated request for property located between CR 546 and Old Dixie Highway, east of Tenoroc High School, west of Tower Manor Drive, east of the City of Lakeland, west of the City of Auburndale in Section 6, Township 28, Range 25.  State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held January 7, 2026, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote.
