The property is located on the west side of State Road 37, south of County Road 640, north of Railroad Avenue, east of Hillsborough County, north of Bradley Junction, south of Oak Terrace, south of the town of Mulberry, in Section 35, Township 30, Range 23 and Sections 2&3 in Township 31, Range 23.
