Approve Amendment #2 for the City of Bartow Sub-recipient Agreement. (No Fiscal Impact).

DESCRIPTION
Due to unexpected project delays, we are requesting the Board to approve Amendment #2 to the City of Bartow Sub-recipient Agreement extending the contract date to May 30, 2025, in order to complete the construction of an outdoor ADA restroom at the Carver Recreation Center.
The City of Bartow will use CDBG funds for the above activities in an amount not to exceed $216,395.95 (current allocation FY 23/24 $104,632.00, with a carryover from FY 22/23 $109,600.00, and a carryover from FY 21/22 $2,163.95).
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve Amendment #2 for the City of Bartow Sub-recipient Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
