DESCRIPTION
The LCB is required to review and update the Bylaws on an annual basis.
TPO staff does not propose any changes to the Bylaws at this time. However, if any member of the LCB wants to propose any changes, this would be the opportunity to do so.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve the proposed by laws as presented
