DESCRIPTION
Pursuant to Cooperative Resolution 2023-06, as amended by Resolution 2024-34 and 2025-05, the Cooperative Board approved the route of the SEFLA WPF raw water transmission line and the SETM finished water pipeline as depicted in said resolution. Resolution modifies a small segment of the SETM finished water pipeline. Resolution 2025-18 amends Resolution 2024-39, which was approved by the Board of Directors on November 20, 2024, to remove Parcel 9044 TCE.
Parcel 9044 TCE is no longer needed to implement the SETM finished water pipeline due to a change in construction technique. During final design review it was determined that the transmission line will now be constructed by horizontal directional drill to avoid impacts to existing paved driveways. This eliminates the need for a Temporary Construction Easement.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution 2025-18 to Amend Resolution 2024-39 Parcel Resolution of Necessity to Remove Parcel 9044 TCE.
