DESCRIPTION
Approve a SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-017 in the amount of $169,900.00 for home replacement and a SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $14,941.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $184,841.00.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot cost. The total project cost for this home is $143.51 per square foot.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/Replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-017.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
