DESCRIPTION
CRA has completed a Tourism and Sports Marketing Building Expansion study under Procurement approved CPO No. 2021-033-B.
CSA No. 2021-033-01 in the amount of $199,845.00 provides for architectural, engineering and permitting services in accordance with the CRA study for an expansion of the existing Polk County Tourism Office Building located at 2701 Lake Myrtle Park Road in Auburndale.
RECOMMENDATION
Board Approve Consultant Services Authorization (CSA) No. 2021-033-01 with CRA for architectual and engineering services associated with the Polk County Tourism Office Building Expansion project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds in the amount of $199,845.00 are currently budgeted and availble in the Tourism Tax Fund.
