DESCRIPTION
The Cypress Creek Community Development District (CDD) is for 885 units on approximately 404.48 acres located on the bend of Marigold Avenue, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, south of Palmetto Street in Poinciana, southwest of the Osceola County Line, east of Haines City in Section 01, Township 28, Range 28.
The Board of County Commissioners is required pursuant to Section 190.046 F.S. to hold a public hearing to decide upon the establishment of a CDD. The Board must consider six criteria found in Section 190.005, F.S. explained in the staff report.
RECOMMENDATION
By voting to approve, the Board finds affirmative for items (1), (3), (4), and (6); find in the negative for items (2), and (5) under Section 190.005, F.S; and adopts an ordinance.
