DESCRIPTION
The US 27 @ Four Corners Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project is included in the County FY 2023/2024 CIP. The Board of County Commissioners has approved an Infrastructure Agreement with Blackfin Champions, LLC, to construct the intersection improvements and will be reimbursed by the County. A requirement of the FDOT connection permit is that the County shall secure the services of a qualified consultant to perform CEI services. The Consultant will perform the required CEI services at a not-to-exceed fee is $75,619.50, as detailed in “Exhibit A”.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 22-081-02 with the Consultant at a cost not-to-exceed $75,619.50 for the US 27 @ Four Corners Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project, CIP Amendment and budget transfer.
FISCAL IMPACT
Upon approval of the CIP Amendment, a transfer in the amount of $75,620.00 will be transferred from the Transportation Millage, Reserve for Future Capital to the project specific account.
