DESCRIPTION
The applicant is requesting a major modification to existing Conditional Use Permit 07- 12. The proposed modification is to add +/-466.4 acres of lands north and east of the existing approved non-phosphate mine. The subject site is located South of Tindel Camp Road, north of Masterpiece Road, east of Lake Mabel Loop Road, west of Lake Pierce, east of the city of Lake Wales in Section 12, Township 29, Range 27.
