DESCRIPTION

On December 19th, 2023, the Board accepted Standby Letter of Credit No. 211763771-27871801 in the amount of $661,936.00 as surety for the design, permitting, and construction of needed improvements to W. Daughtery Road. These improvements have been completed and inspected to the satisfaction of Polk County and Staff requests that the Board release the Standby Letter of Credit.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Approve release of Standby Letter of Credit No. 211763771-27871801 in the amount of $661,936.00 for completion of improvements to W. Daughtery Road.

 

FISCAL IMPACT
