DESCRIPTION
The medical services agreement (MSA) will allow for the provision of audiology services to qualified county residents enrolled in the Polk HealthCare Plan (PHP). The MSA with Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center, Inc. will be effective retroactively to October 1, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the medical services agreement with Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center, Inc. for the provision of audiology services.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Indigent Health Care Fund.
