DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation from Development of Regional Impact (DRI) to Neighborhood Activity Center (NACX) on  7.49 +/- acres, the parcel is located on the east side of Marigold Avenue, south of Palmetto Street, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, west of Audubon Road,  east of Haines City, in Section 25, Township 27, Range 28.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on February 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
