DESCRIPTION

On April 1st, 2025, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $724,360.43 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on September 21st, 2025, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 47SUR300214011189 in the amount of $724,360.43.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 47SUR300214011189 in the amount of $724,360.43 for Keen’s Grove.
