DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Interstate 4 and Braddock Road, west of the Polk Parkway (SR 570), north of Old Dixie Highway (RC 546), east of Tenoroc Mine Road, near the city limits of Auburndale, in Section 29, Township 27, Range 25. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on January 4, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).
