DESCRIPTION
Tourism and Sports Marketing Division requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide graphic design services for a variety of media products, such as floor kiosks, wall murals, graphic wraps, banners, interactive displays, etc. These products will be used for displays throughout the County, tradeshows, employee recruitment booths, welcome centers, special events, and the historical museum.
On October 21, 2025, the Board approved the committee’s selection and authorized staff to enter into contract negotiations with Digitech Graphics Group for Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-426 Graphic Design Services. The attached agreement is the result of those negotiations.
The term of this agreement is for five years.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve master agreement with Digitech Graphics Group for graphic design services.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding is available within the appropriate user divisions operating budget.
