DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located west of US Highway 27, north of Alturas Babson Park Cutoff Road/ County Road 640, east of Crews Road, south of Highway 60 West, south of city of Lake Wales in Section 23, Township 30, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be heard on March 1, 2023, with a recommendation for approval.
