DESCRIPTION
On January 23, 2024, the Board accepted a cash surety in the amount of $5,921.50 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on December 19, 2023, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the cash surety in the amount of $5,921.50.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of the cash surety in the amount of $5,921.50 for Reunion Phase 2 Apartments.
