DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for a Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to consider the adoption of a Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use designation on 526+/- acres from Tourism-Commercial Center-X (TCCX), and Development of Regional Impact-X (DRIX) to Residential Low-X (RLX), Residential Medium-X (RMX), and Neighborhood Activity Center-X (NACX). This case is related to a Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment (LDCPAL-2024-6) and Land Development Code Text Amendment (LDCT-2024-10).
