DESCRIPTION
The Board commenced an internal search for a new County Manager after the announced retirement of the existing County Manager. The Board unanimously selected Deputy County Manager, Ryan Taylor to fill the position. Taylor desires to accept the position of County Manager at an initial annual salary of $277,305.60 based on the terms and conditions set forth in the Employment Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve County Manager’s Employment Agreement with Ryan J. Taylor effective January 16, 2027
FISCAL IMPACT
The funds for the County Manager’s Employment Agreement are budgeted in the General Fund.
