DESCRIPTION
Ross Creek is a 74 unit single family home subdivision. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on December 24, 2023, Ross Creek is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-28, T-27, R-23, and is located on Kathleen Road in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Ross Creek potable water and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and wastewater utility system improvements of Ross Creek for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
