Mark Wilson, of Kimley Horn and Associates Inc., on behalf of Bellagio Property Management LLC, requests a variance to the impervious surface ratio (ISR) on a Business Park Center-1 (BPC-1) property in the Rural Development Area (RDA) from 0.55 to 0.75. The property is located at 4040 County Line Road, south of Drane Field Road, north of Spring Creek Drive, north of Medulla Road, west of Hamilton Road, west of the City of Lakeland, in Section 06, Township 29 and Range 23.
