DESCRIPTION
On September 2, 2025, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $88,693.33 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on April 7, 2026, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 5328667 in the amount of $88,693.33.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 5328667 in the amount of $88,693.33 for Highland ADM Utility.
