SUMMARY
The Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Local Coordinating Board (LCB) must conduct an annual review of its Grievance Procedures. The approved Grievance Procedures are set out in the Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan.
TPO staff are proposing no changes to the Grievance Procedures at this time. The existing approved last June by the LCB Board has continued to function without issues.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve the current Grievance Procedures as previously approved and include these updated procedures in the Major Update to the Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan (TDSP) for 2026-27.
