DESCRIPTION
Marlowe at Ridgeview is a 288 unit multifamily development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on January 5, 2023, Marlowe at Ridgeview is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-06, T-26, R-27, and is located on Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Marlowe at Ridgeview potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Marlowe at Ridgeview for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
