DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the west side of State Road 60, north of Shady Hammock Drive, in Section 33, Township 29, Range 23. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was on held April 2, 2025, with a recommendation of approval.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for May 20, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
