DESCRIPTION

Polk County Solid Waste is in the process of applying for funds through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for a portable generator which will be used to power leachate extraction pumps at North Central Landfill during power outages.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Adopt Resolution designating the County Manager as the Authorized Agent to accept or execute Hazard Mitigation Grant Program 4834-(118), Polk County, Environmental Loop South Generator.
