DESCRIPTION
The Polk County Building Division and the Village of Highland Park (City) request approval of renewing an Interlocal Agreement so the County can provide Building related services on behalf of the Village. The Polk County Building Division and the Village of Highland Park (City) have had an interlocal agreement for building services for approximately 47 + years and this agreement will be a continuation of these services
RECOMMENDATION
Staff requests that the BOCC approve the Interlocal Agreement between the County and the Village of Highland Park (City), so the County can provide Building related services on behalf of the Village.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no negative fiscal impact to the County. The fees collected by the Polk County Building Division for building related services will be deemed to be full and complete compensation.
