DESCRIPTION
This is a county initiated Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation on 1.92 +/- acres Residential Low 4 (RL-4X) to Residential Medium (RMX) in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA). The subject site is located south of Ronald Reagan Parkway, north of Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, west of Pool ChampionsGate Boulevard, and east of Westside Boulevard, north of the City of Davenport, in Section 05, Township 26, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 4th, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 6:0).
