DESCRIPTION
This is a County-initiated request. The subject property is located on the south side of US 98 (SR700), east side of Parrish Road, West side of Keller Road, and north of Pattie Lane, east of Fort Mead city limits, in Section 36, Township 31 and Range 25.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 8, 2026, with a recommendation for Approval (Vote 7:0). This is the transmittal hearing to the Florida Department of Commerce, and the adoption hearing is scheduled for October 6, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the first reading on August 18, 2026, at 9:15 a.m., and the adoption hearing date on October 6, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
