DESCRIPTION

Chad Brooker, Traditions Engineering, on behalf of Eric Brown Jr., has appealed the decision of the Planning Commission to deny (7:0) LDCU-2025-38 (Highlands Street MHP), a request for Conditional Use approval for a 19-unit Mobile Home Park in a Residential Low-4 future land use district. The subject property is located at 2730 West Highland Street, east of Wilkinson Road, west of Lebanon Road, south of New Tampa Highway, south and east of Lakeland in Section 22, Township 28, Range 23.

Section 921.C.3 of the Land Development Code (LDC) requires a De Novo hearing to be held within 90 days of the Planning Commission hearing.
