Authorize the conveyance of the County's interest in five parcels to the City of Winter Haven. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The County acquired a full, or partial interest, in five parcels through the statutory escheatment process. The parcels are vacant lots that lie within the municipal limits of the City of Winter Haven (hereinafter "City").
1. Parcel ID Number 262820-560000-000113 was acquired July 15, 2024, through an Escheatment Tax Deed which was subsequently recorded in O.R. Book 13193 at Page 631. The parcel contains approximately 8,994 square feet and is located along the north side of Avenue "O" NW to the west of 3rd Street NW.
2. Parcel ID Number 262821-581500-004020 was acquired August 30, 2024, through a Corrective Escheatment Tax Deed which was subsequently recorded in O.R. Book 13250 at Page 986. The parcel contains approximately 5,100 square feet and is located along the west side of Bennett Street to the north of Avenue "Q" NE.
3. Parcel ID Number 262820-559500-015090 was acquired March 13, 1998, through a Tax Deed which was subsequently recorded in O.R. Book 3991 at Page 2103. The parcel contains approximately 1,019 square feet and is located to the west of 1st Street N to the north of Avenue "Q" NW.
4. A partial interest (1/24) in Parcel ID Number 262820-559500-013070 was acquired November 12, 1999, through a Tax Deed which was subsequently recorded in O.R. Book 04351 at Page 1988. The parcel contains approximately 2,872 square feet and is located along the west side of 1st Street to the north of Palmetto Avenue NW.
5. A partial interest (1/24) in Parcel ID Number 262820-559500-013160 was acquired November 12, 1999, through a Tax Deed which was subsequently recorded in O.R. Book 4351 at Page 1989. The parcel contains approximately 2,618 square feet and is located at the northwest corner of 1st Street and Palmetto Avenue NW.
