DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located 2925 Pavers Road, South of SR 570 and East of SR 35 southwest of the city of Lakeland, Section 35, Township 28, Range 24.

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held August 5, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).

Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
