DESCRIPTION
Case #DR24-S-IAN-018 was approved for rehabilitation on October 15, 2024, with a mortgage of $199,562.50 and a grant agreement of $8,177.20, for a total project cost of $207,739.70.
Modification #1, totaling $2,450.00 for removal of an additional concrete slab and recording costs of $36.00, was approved on January 7, 2025, increasing the total project cost to $210,225.70.
Modification #2 will increase the total project cost to cover the cost of tree removal. The mortgage will increase by $9,262.50 and the grant agreement by $60.00, bringing the Homeowner Assistance Agreement to $211,275.00 and the Grant Agreement to $8,273.20 for total project cost of $219,548.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP HHRP modification rehabilitation program agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
